Information You Provide

Qawwam may collect information voluntarily provided through:

• newsletter subscriptions and PDF-download subscription forms, including email address;
• the Contact form, including the information entered by the sender;
• editorial submissions, including name, email address, subject, submission genre, manuscript/submission text, links, and other information included by the contributor;
• artwork or other materials sent by email, including attachments, social handles, attribution information, and correspondence;
• requests concerning corrections, permissions, privacy, legal matters, or other correspondence.

Because Qawwam’s editorial submission criteria are directed to a particular audience, information a contributor voluntarily supplies may also reveal personal characteristics such as religious beliefs. Qawwam uses such information only as relevant to editorial review, correspondence, rights administration, and the operation of the magazine.

Newsletter

When a visitor submits an email through a Qawwam newsletter form or the Subscribe to Download dialog, the visitor is subscribing to Qawwam email communications. Subscribers may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe mechanism included in Qawwam email communications.
